4 Pa. Code § 87.1 - Definitions
The following words and terms, when used in this chapter, have the following meanings, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:
Department-The Department of General Services.
Forum-The auditorium in the Forum Building, South Drive, Harrisburg.
Secretary-The Secretary of the Department.
