49 Pa. Code § 13.40 - Notification of discontinuance
(a) A
funeral director registered as preceptor for training a resident intern, and
the resident intern shall notify the Board of the termination or temporary
discontinuance of the supervision of the training of the intern. The Board will
thereupon take action it deems proper.
(b) Interruption of the resident intern
training period for 30 days or more shall require the resident intern training
period to start anew.
