49 Pa. Code § 25.710 - Refusal, suspension or revocation of license
(a) The Board may refuse to issue a license,
and after notice and hearing, may suspend or revoke the license of a person who
is subject to disciplinary action under section 15(b) of the act (63 P. S. §
271.15(b)).
(b) Actions taken by the Board regarding the
refusal, suspension or revocation of a license are taken subject to the right
of notice, hearing and adjudication and appeal under

Pa.C.S. §§
501-508 and
701-704 (relating to
Administrative Agency Law).
