49 Pa. Code § 36.431 - Compliance with USPAP
(a) An
appraisal management company shall require that appraisal assignments be
completed in compliance with USPAP.
(b) An appraisal management company shall
establish a system to review appraisal assignments which is reasonably
calculated to assure compliance with USPAP by appraisers.
(c) An appraisal management company may not
solicit, offer, accept an offer or contract for a valuation service that it
knows or has reason to know violates REACA, RELRA, FIRREA, AMCRA or this
subchapter.
