49 Pa. Code § 7.119 - Student records
A school shall maintain the following records for each student:
(1) Daily attendance
records.
(2) Scholastic
records.
(3) Financial records.
(b) A school shall submit to the Board a
notarized quarterly report of the hours attended for each student on a form
provided by the Board. The reports shall be submitted by the following
dates-April 15, July 15, October 15 and January 15-and shall include the names
and license numbers of teachers employed and be personally signed by the owner
and supervisor of the school.
(c) A
school shall make copies of a student's attendance, scholastic and financial
records available to the student upon request. The school may charge the
student a fee that covers the reasonable cost of making copies of the
records.
(d) A school shall retain
student hours for a minimum of 7 years. A school that goes out of business
shall submit the hours to the Board.
