52 Pa. Code § 1061.1 - Broker registration
(a) An
individual seeking registration as a broker shall apply to the Director as
provided in Chapter 1029 (relating to brokers).
(b) Any party may use an attorney admitted to
practice law before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, in lieu of a
broker.
