52 Pa. Code § 5.202 - Scheduling of hearing
(a) The
Commission will schedule hearings other than those involving the lawfulness of
rates and will maintain a hearing calendar of all proceedings set for
hearing.
(b) Proceedings pending on
the calendar will be heard so far as practicable, in their order of assignment
to the calendar at the times and places fixed by the Commission or presiding
officer, giving regard to the convenience and necessity of the parties and
their attorneys.
(c) The Commission
or the presiding officer in the exercise of discretion, for cause, may advance
or postpone proceedings on the hearing calendar with notice to the
parties.
(d) Subsections (a)-(c)
supersede 1 Pa. Code §35.102 (relating to hearing calendar).
