52 Pa. Code § 5.424 - Issuance of subpoenas
(a) If
issuance of a subpoena is required by operation of this chapter, or because a
party or witness has not otherwise appeared, issuance of the subpoena shall be
in accordance with §
5.421 (relating to
subpoenas).
(b) Subsection (a)
supersedes 1 Pa. Code §35.142 (relating to subpoenas).
