52 Pa. Code § 64.122 - Unauthorized termination of service when dispute pending
Unless expressly and specifically authorized by the Commission, service may not be terminated if both of the following exist:
(1) A notice of dispute has
been filed and is unresolved and if the subject matter of the dispute forms the
grounds for termination.
(2) The
customer is making a good faith effort to pay or make payment arrangements to
pay all undisputed bills and undisputed portions of disputed bills.
