55 Pa. Code § 178.64 - Property used in a trade or business essential to self-support

Property, whether real or personal, used in a trade or business or by the recipient as an employe, which is essential to self-support, regardless of value, is excluded.

The provisions of this § 178.64 amended August 27, 1993, effective 8/28/1993, with the exception of the Agent Orange Settlement Payments requirement which is retroactive to January 1, 1989, 23 Pa.B. 4071.
