55 Pa. Code § 2430.12 - Agreement with owner
(a) Upon
selection of a site for a facility, the Office of Blindness and Visual Services
(BVS) will sign a formal written agreement with the owner of the
site.
(b) The agreement exclusively
governs the relationships between the Department and the owner and contains the
conditions relating to the location and operation of the facility on the
property. BVS will reserve title to installed equipment.
