55 Pa. Code § 3130.73 - Recording the results of reviews and hearings
(a) The county agency shall record the
results of each placement review and dispositional review hearing in the
service plan.
(b) The county agency
shall amend the service plan as required by the findings and determinations of
the reviews and hearings.
