55 Pa. Code § 3290.121 - Application
(a) The operator
shall review with the parent, at the time of application, the facility's
general daily schedule, hours in which care is provided, fees, responsibilities
for meals, clothing, health policies, supervision policies, night care
policies, dismissal policies, transportation and pick-up
arrangements.
(b) At the time of
enrollment, a parent shall receive in writing the information described in
subsection (a).
