55 Pa. Code § 3290.32 - Suitability of persons in the facility
(a) The operator shall comply with the CPSL
and Chapter 3490 (relating to protective services).
(b) Questions relating to the requirements of
the CPSL shall be directed to the appropriate regional child care
office.
(c) The operator may not
allow an individual to enter the facility if the operator knows that the
individual has been convicted or is awaiting trial on charges involving a crime
of child abuse, child neglect, physical violence or moral
corruptness.
(d) One or more
facility persons competent in pediatric first-aid and pediatric cardiopulmonary
resuscitation techniques shall be at the facility when one or more children are
in care.
