55 Pa. Code § 4226.4 - Penalties for noncompliance
(a) The
failure to comply with this chapter so that needs of at-risk children and
infants and toddlers with disabilities are not being adequately met, shall
subject the county MH/MR program to penalties consistent with section 512 of
the Mental Health and Mental Retardation Act of 1966 (50 P.S. §
4512), including loss or delay of early
intervention funding to the county MH/MR program.
(b) Appeals from Department action taken in
accordance with subsection (a) shall be made by the county MH/MR program in
accordance with

Pa.C.S. §§
501-508 and
701-704 (relating to the
Administrative Agency Law).
