55 Pa. Code § 4305.40 - Redeterminations
(a) The county
administrator shall inform the liable person in writing that increases or
decreases in monthly income of greater than 5.0% shall be reported by the
liable person to the county within 30 days of the income change.
(b) The county administrator shall complete a
redetermination of the liability for a client at least once every 12
months.
(c) The county administrator
shall complete a redetermination of the liability for a client more frequently
than every 12 months if the adjusted family income amount increases or
decreases by more than 5.0% on an annualized basis. The redetermination shall
be based upon the revised adjusted family income. The liability resulting from
redetermination shall be retroactive to the date of the income
change.
