55 Pa. Code § 5230.43 - Complaints
(a) The PRS agency
shall have written policies and procedures for filing and resolving
complaints.
(b) A PRS agency shall
give verbal and written notice to an individual upon admission to the service,
explaining complaint policies and procedures.
(c) A PRS agency shall offer assistance to an
individual as needed to file a complaint.
