55 Pa. Code § 6100.644 - Cost report
(a) The provider
shall complete the cost report to reflect the actual cost and the allowable
administrative cost of the HCBS provided.
(b) The cost report must contain information
for the development of a cost-based rate as specified on the Department's
form.
(c) A provider of a cost-based
service shall allocate eligible and ineligible allowable costs in accordance
with the applicable Office of Management and Budget Circulars and related
applicable guidance as issued by the United States Office of Management and
Budget.
