55 Pa. Code § 6500.17 - Self-assessment of homes
(a) If an
agency is the legal entity for the home, the agency shall complete a
self-assessment of each home the agency is licensed to operate within 3 to 6
months prior to the expiration date of the agency's certificate of compliance,
to measure and record compliance with this chapter.
(b) The agency shall use the Department's
licensing inspection instrument for this chapter to measure and record
compliance.
(c) A copy of the
agency's self-assessment results and a written summary of corrections made
shall be kept for at least 1 year.
