58 Pa. Code § 15.11 - Costs
(a) The promoter or
sponsor shall be responsible for costs incurred with respect to tests performed
under this chapter.
(b) The boxer
shall be responsible for costs incurred with respect to completion of a drug
treatment program ordered under this chapter.
