58 Pa. Code § 183.30 - Stall applications
(a)
Conditions contained in stall applications shall be submitted to the Executive
Secretary for approval prior to issuance or publication.
(b) The Executive Secretary shall be notified
of the names of applicants approved for admission to the grounds prior to their
notification.
