58 Pa. Code § 185.87 - Authority of Secretary
(a) The
Executive Secretary of the Commission shall have authority to issue notice of
orders of the Commission and to certify copies of all papers and documents
which are a part of any of the files or records of the Commission.
(b) The Executive Secretary of the Commission
shall be responsible for the efficient and orderly discharge of all matters
including the keeping of Commission journals and the minutes of Commission
meetings and the keeping of the docket and files of such Commission, and shall
be permitted to attend all hearings, meetings and deliberations of the
Commission.
