58 Pa. Code § 23.7 - Judges
(a) An amateur
boxing judge shall be appointed by the amateur athletic association with the
approval of the Commission. A judge may be removed by a commissioner, the
Executive Director or an inspector at any time if deemed incompetent.
(b) An amateur boxing judge shall be 21 years
of age or older, and of good moral character and reputation.
(c) It shall be the duty of an amateur boxing
judge to observe carefully and expertly the performances of the boxers in each
contest to which he is appointed and to appraise the performances fairly and
accurately.
