58 Pa. Code § 435a.8 - Temporary credentials
(a) A
temporary credential may be issued by the Board to a principal, key employee or
gaming employee.
(b) A temporary
credential issued to a principal, key employee or gaming employee is valid for
up to 270 days from the date of its issuance.
(c) The Board may extend the expiration date
of a temporary credential issued to a principal, key employee or gaming
employee if the Board determines additional time is needed to complete an
investigation for licensure.
(d) A
temporary credential may be issued by the Bureau of Licensing to a nongaming
employee if:
(1) The applicant has submitted
all of the application materials required under §
435a.5 (relating to nongaming
employee registration).
(2) The
applicant has been fingerprinted and photographed by the Pennsylvania State
Police.
(e) A temporary
credential issued to a nongaming employee will be valid for 30 days.
(f) Board staff may impose conditions on the
holders of temporary credentials.
