58 Pa. Code § 465a.14 - Security department minimum staffing
(a) In accordance with §
465a.2(d)(5)
(relating to internal control systems and audit protocols), slot machine
licensees shall be required to submit a minimum staffing submission with regard
to its security department. The minimum staffing submission must consider the
size and layout of the licensed facility as well as the number and
configuration of slot machines and table games on the gaming floor and must at
all times provide for security of the gaming floor and restricted areas
servicing the gaming operation. A slot machine licensee may not implement a
change or amendment in its security department minimum staffing submission
without approval from the Board's Executive Director, in accordance with §
601a.10(a)
(relating to approval of table game layouts, signage and equipment) of the
change or amendment.
(b) A slot
machine licensee may not employ off-duty law enforcement officers to provide
security related services in the licensed facility.
