58 Pa. Code § 53.21 - Tagged-fish contests
(a)
Definition. A tagged-fish contest is an event where a person
who has paid a fee to enter the contest wins a prize for catching a specially
tagged, marked or branded fish.
(b)
Prohibited acts. It is unlawful to conduct a tagged-fish
contest, as defined in subsection (a), on Commission property.
