58 Pa. Code § 57.62 - Access for special populations
It is the policy of the Commission to identify areas with access for special populations-as defined in § 65.21 (relating to waters limited to specific purposes-exclusive use areas)-and to encourage use of waters by special populations on a nonexclusive basis.
