58 Pa. Code § 627b.7 - [Effective until 3/8/2027] Eclipse
(a) A
certificate holder may offer to each player who has placed a Minibaccarat wager
in accordance with §
627a.7(a)
(relating to wagers) the option of placing one or more of the wagers which
comprise the Eclipse side wager package.
(b) The certificate holder shall specify in
its Rules Submission under §
601a.2 (relating to table games
Rules Submissions) the version or variation of Minibaccarat as authorized under
Chapters 627a, 627b or 627c (relating to Minibaccarat; Minibaccarat side wagers
and variations' temporary regulations; and Minibaccarat side wagers and
variations), including whether standard commission or commission free, with
which the Eclipse side wager package will be offered.
(c) In addition to the table characteristics
provided in the rules and procedures of Minibaccarat or variation of
Minibaccarat, the table shall include a separate area designated for each
player for the placement of any of the following wagers:
(1) Sun 7.
(2) Moon 8.
(3) Supreme 7.
(4) Divine 9.
(5) Eclipse.
(d) The Eclipse side wager package shall
consist of the following side wager betting options, any or all of which may be
placed after placing a Minibaccarat wager, but prior to the dealer calling, "no
more bets:"
(1) Sun 7, which shall win if the
banker hand wins with a hand consisting of three cards with a point count of
seven.
(2) Moon 8, which shall win
if the player hand wins with a hand consisting of three cards with a point
count of eight.
(3) Supreme 7,
which shall win if the player and banker hands both consist of two cards with a
point count of seven, or both the player and banker hands consist of three
cards with a point count of seven.
(4) Divine 9, which shall win if the player
or banker hand, or both, consist of three cards with a point count of
nine.
(5) Eclipse, which shall win
if any of the winning events for the Sun 7, Moon 8, Supreme 7 or Divine 9
wagers occur.
(e) The
dealer shall then deal the cards in accordance with the house rules and the
rules and procedures provisions of the Minibaccarat game or variation as
provided under Chapters 627a, 627b and 627c.
(f) After the round of play is completed and
the announcement of the result is made, the dealer shall settle the Eclipse
package of wagers while settling the Minibaccarat wagers and other optional
wagers placed by each player.
(g)
The Eclipse package of wagers shall be paid out based upon one of the following
paytables, which shall be specified in and approved as part of the certificate
holder's Rules Submission under §
601a.2:
