6 Pa. Code § 11.173 - Access and notification
(a) The
client or the responsible party, or both, shall have access to copies of the
client's protective devices records and revisions to the records upon
request.
(b) When a protective
device is used, the responsible party shall be notified on the day it is used.
A record of the notification shall be kept.
