6 Pa. Code § 22.51 - Responsibilities regarding eligibility
The claimant has the responsibility to:
(1) Notify the Department whenever the
claimant becomes eligible for another plan of assistance or insurance, as set
forth in §
22.25 (relating to other
third-party benefits).
(2) Return
the PACE identification card to the Department whenever becoming ineligible due
to one of the following:
(i) Establishing
residence outside of this Commonwealth.
(ii) Becoming eligible for full coverage of
payment for prescription drugs under another plan of assistance or insurance
under §
22.25(a) and (b).
(3) Repay the Commonwealth, upon request, for
the cost of benefits inappropriately paid on the claimant's behalf, if the
payment was caused by an act or omission on the part of the claimant.
