61 Pa. Code § 703.9 - Withdrawal or termination of appeal
(a) A petitioner that wishes to terminate an
appeal before final decision by the Board shall submit to the Board a written
notice to withdraw the appeal by a method prescribed in §
702.4 (relating to filing
generally).
