61 Pa. Code § 816.112 - Winnings pool
(a) Fifty
percent of Cash 5 gross sales for a Cash 5 game drawing will be reserved for
prizes and allocated to the winnings pool for payment of prizes as enumerated
in §
816.108 (relating to determination
of prize winners).
(b) If the Cash
5 game is terminated for any cause, prize monies remaining undistributed will
be paid out of the State Lottery Fund and used for purposes otherwise provided
for by law .
(c) If the prize pool
for a drawing is not sufficient to fund an announced minimum first prize, the
prize pool will be increased as necessary from funds authorized for the payment
of prizes.
