61 Pa. Code § 901.466 - Prize records
A separate annual record shall be kept which may be easily cross-referenced to the other required records and which identifies the following:
(1) The number and amount
of individual prizes awarded in excess of $100.
(2) The total amount of prizes awarded per
operating week.
(3) The total
amount of raffle prizes awarded each month.
