61 Pa. Code § 901.701c - Location of games
(a) A license
will be valid at and authorize the holder to conduct games of chance on the
eligible organization's licensed premises as provided in §
901.704 (relating to licensed
premises).
(b) A licensed eligible
organization may conduct games of chance at a location off its premises when
the games of chance are part of a reoccurring, annual carnival, fair, picnic or
banquet held or participated in by that eligible organization. The organization
shall notify, in writing, the district attorney and licensing authority of the
location, date and times of the events.
(c) A license issued by a licensing authority
in one county will be valid for purposes of selling raffle tickets in
municipalities of another county which have specifically approved games of
chance by an affirmative vote in a municipal referendum. A licensed eligible
organization that plans to sell raffle tickets in a municipality located in a
county other than the county in which it is licensed shall notify that county's
district attorney and licensing authority as to the location and the dates that
the organization plans to sell raffle tickets.
