67 Pa. Code § 93.2 - Voluntary surrender
(a)
Surrender. A person holding a driver's license issued under the provisions of 75 Pa.C.S. Chapter 15 (relating to licensing of drivers) may voluntarily surrender their driver's license by forwarding it to the Bureau of Driver Licensing, together with a form prescribed by the Department indicating their desire to surrender the license.
(b)
Reissuance. A person who has voluntarily surrendered a driver's license under this section may apply for reissuance of the license only after a lapse of at least 6 months in the manner set forth in §
93.5 (relating to reissuance procedure).
