7 Pa. Code § 128b.5 - Funding
(a)
Principal source. A portion of the annual fees collected by the Department with respect to the registration of pesticides distributed within this Commonwealth, as described at section 5.1(a) of the act (3 P. S. §
111.25a(a)) and §
128.3(i) (relating to fees), shall be the principal source of funding for the Program.
(b)
Additional sources. Funds from sources other than the pesticide product registration fee described in this section may be used to defray the costs of the Program.
