S.D. Admin. R. 20:06:13:55 - Exception to reinstitution of coverage
An insurer is not required to make the offer under ยง 20:06:13:54 to an individual who is a policyholder or certificateholder in another Medicare supplement policy as of January 1, 1990, if the individual is not subject to a waiting period for treatment of a preexisting condition under the other policy.
