S.D. Admin. R. 20:09:25:04 - Terms and conditions
The authority shall specify the terms and conditions for loans, guarantees, and grants in the contract between the authority and the applicant. The authority shall give priority to projects which have at least a thirty-five percent lending participation from a commercial lender.
