S.D. Admin. R. 20:14:13:05.01 - Acceptable courses without state review

Education courses that have received approval by the Appraiser Qualifications Board of the Appraisal Foundation through the Appraiser Qualifications Course Approval Program or by another state appraiser regulatory agency may be accepted by the secretary without additional state review.
