S.D. Admin. R. 20:18:35:26 - Integrity monitoring - Evaluation
The commission may require a licensee or sports wagering services provider to provide any hardware or software necessary to the commission or to an independent gaming laboratory approved by the commission for evaluation of its sports wagering offering or to conduct further monitoring of data provided by its sports wagering system.
