S.D. Admin. R. 20:18:35:37 - Reports of sports wagering operations
The sports wagering operator shall prepare reports supporting sports wagering revenue, wagering liability, winnings, and any other reports required by the internal controls. Additional reporting requirements may be specified by the internal controls. Any information provided under this section is confidential and proprietary and is exempt from disclosure.
