S.D. Admin. R. 20:18:35:42 - Provider error - Reimbursement
Unless otherwise approved by the commission, a sports wagering services provider shall be responsible for reimbursing a licensee for bets paid by the licensee as a result of the error or omission of the sports wagering services provider.
