S.D. Admin. R. 20:51:23:05 - Pharmacies with electronic data processing equipment
Pharmacies with electronic data processing equipment need not record information on the original prescription if the data processing system has the capacity to store all of the information required in ยงยง 20:51:23:02 to 20:51:23:04, inclusive, and the data processing system has a mechanism to prohibit the transfer or refilling of prescription drug orders for controlled substances which have been previously transferred.
