S.D. Admin. R. 41:06:64:02 - Number and types of licenses available - Application process
A sponsoring nonprofit organization shall complete and submit an application to the department stating the name, address, and phone number of the sponsoring organization and the name of any landowner providing the land for the hunt. No more than 50 "any deer" licenses may be issued with no more than 10 of the allocated license issued per sponsoring nonprofit organization. The sponsoring nonprofit organization shall be responsible for license fees.
