S.D. Admin. R. 61:15:01:08 - Residential flammable liquid storage tanks and liquefied petroleum gas installations

Residential combustible liquid storage tanks and liquefied petroleum gas installations of less than 2,000 gallons water capacity are not required to submit plans for review by the Department of Public Safety. This does not relieve the installer from meeting the requirements for installation as specified by the International Mechanical Code, 2015 edition, the International Fire Code, 2015 edition, or more stringent local requirements.
