S.D. Admin. R. 67:12:01:12 - Recipient to report change of circumstances
The recipient shall report any material change of circumstances affecting eligibility to the department within ten days after the date the change occurred. In addition, a recipient shall report to the department any anticipated material changes as soon as the recipient becomes aware of them. The recipient shall also report these changes on the next monthly report required by § 67:12:06:34.
