S.D. Admin. R. 67:42:18:21 - Living space requirements
A kinship foster home must have:
(1) A toilet, sink, and tub or shower in operating condition;
(2) Adequate light, heat, and ventilation; and
(3) Access to a working telephone for general and emergency use.
