The national emission standards for gasoline distribution bulk terminals, bulk plants, and pipeline facilities are those in 40 C.F.R. ยง 63, Subpart BBBBBB (July 1, 2018). A source that operates a unit subject to Subpart BBBBBB is exempt from the obligation to obtain a Part 70 operating permit if the source is not required to obtain a Part 70 operating permit for a reason other than the source is subject to Subpart BBBBBB. Exempted sources must still meet the applicable requirements in Subpart BBBBBB.
