The national emission standards for gasoline dispensing facilities are those in 40 C.F.R. § 63, Subpart CCCCCC (July 1, 2018). A source that operates a unit subject to Subpart CCCCCC is exempt from the obligation to obtain a Part 70 operating permit if the source is not required to obtain a Part 70 operating permit for a reason other than the source is subject to Subpart CCCCCC. Exempted sources must still meet the applicable requirements in Subpart CCCCCC.
