S.D. Admin. R. 74:36:08:112 - National emission standards for flexible polyurethane foam production and fabrication area sources

The national emission standards for flexible polyurethane foam production and fabrication area sources are those in 40 C.F.R. ยง 63, Subpart OOOOOO (July 1, 2018). A source that operates a unit subject to Subpart OOOOOO is exempt from the obligation to obtain a Part 70 operating permit if the source is not required to obtain a Part 70 operating permit for a reason other than the source is subject to Subpart OOOOOO. Exempted sources must still meet the applicable requirements in Subpart OOOOOO.
